EULA — End User License Agreement
App: Seeker Mobile Calc · Last updated: May 7, 2026 · Operator: Optima Sanitas
This agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Optima Sanitas. It covers your use of Seeker Mobile Calc (the “App”): a scientific calculator with an optional Solana-oriented strip for slots, memos, and wallet-assisted checks, built for Solana Mobile Seeker (Android). We do not distribute an iOS build of this title. If you use the App, you accept this EULA.
Open-source software and this EULA
Some source files in our public repositories may be offered under the MIT License (see the License page and the repo’s LICENSE). MIT sets rules for copying and modifying that code.
This EULA adds rules for the product: the App as you download or install it, our branding, updates, RPC-backed behavior you configure, and how you may use Calc day to day. MIT does not replace this EULA for end-user rights to the shipped application.
1. Companion to Optima Sanitas
Calc sits alongside our other Seeker titles (including fitness-related work). Optional routing of value to pools or programs, if ever offered, will be described in program materials—not buried here. Nothing in this EULA promises returns, pool availability, or mainnet timing.
2. Beta or changing builds
We may ship preview or beta builds. Features, default RPCs, and UI can change. Third-party RPC or explorer availability is not guaranteed.
3. Not financial, tax, or legal advice
Numbers on screen are tools, not recommendations. You decide tax treatment, compliance, and whether to sign transactions.
4. Not medical advice
Calc is not a medical device. For health decisions, speak with a qualified professional.
5. Wallet & chain
Optional MWA flows use your device’s wallet stack (e.g. Seed Vault). You authorize every transaction. We never hold your private keys. On-chain data is public.
6. Solana Mobile / Seeker
Solana Mobile and Seeker are trademarks of their owners. This App is not an official Solana Mobile product unless we say so in writing.
7. Third-party services
RPC URLs you enter, Solscan, quote APIs, and similar tools have their own terms.
8. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, harassment, or attempts to break wallets, RPCs, or others’ devices.
9. Intellectual property
Except where MIT (or another license) explicitly applies to specific source, Optima Sanitas retains rights in the App experience, marks, and documentation. You get a personal, non-transferable license to run the App as an end user under this EULA.
10. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPTIMA SANITAS AND CONTRIBUTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP OR BLOCKCHAIN ACTIVITY.
12. Changes
We may revise this EULA. Continued use after the updated date may constitute acceptance where the law allows.
