EULA — End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a binding agreement between you and Optima Sanitas governing your use of Sanitas Seeker (the “App”): health-and-fitness oriented software and related flows for Solana Mobile Seeker (Solana Mobile’s Android handset). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Relationship to the MIT license (source code)
Parts of the App’s source code may be published under the MIT License (see our License page and the applicable repository). The MIT License grants permissions to use, modify, and distribute that licensed source subject to its conditions.
This EULA is separate: it governs your use of the App as distributed to end users (including binaries from app stores or authorized builds), our names and branding, ongoing services (such as updates, RPC-backed features, and news content), and conduct rules. Where MIT applies only to specific source files, other assets or materials may remain proprietary. If anything in this EULA conflicts with the MIT License text for covered source, the MIT text controls only for that source; this EULA still applies to your use of the distributed App and Optima Sanitas offerings.
1. Relationship to other products
The App is part of the Optima Sanitas line alongside companion titles (e.g. Seeker Mobile Calc). On-chain programs, staking-like mechanics, tokens, or routing of funds—if any—are governed by their separate program documentation and applicable law. Nothing in this EULA guarantees rewards, returns, availability of any pool, or fitness outcomes.
2. Beta / experimental
The App may ship as beta or pre-release. Features, RPC endpoints, wallet flows, and UI may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or third-party RPC uptime.
3. Not medical advice
The App is for entertainment and general wellness tooling only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult qualified professionals for personal health decisions. Stop activities that cause pain or concern.
4. Not financial, tax, or legal advice
Nothing in the App is an offer to sell or buy securities or investment advice. You are responsible for your own tax, legal, and compliance decisions regarding wallets and on-chain activity.
5. Blockchain & wallet (MWA / Seed Vault)
The App uses Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) for Seeker. Transactions you approve are your responsibility. Private keys remain in the device’s Seed Vault; we do not custody or access them. Public keys and on-chain data are visible to anyone with explorer access.
6. Solana Mobile / Seeker (trademarks)
“Solana Mobile”, Seeker, and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. This App is not an official product of Solana Mobile, Inc. unless separately stated in writing. The App is described as compatible with or built for the Solana mobile ecosystem—do not imply endorsement.
7. Third parties
RPC providers, explorers, and linked repositories are third-party services with their own terms.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the App to violate applicable law, harass others, or attempt to compromise wallets, devices, or networks.
9. Intellectual property
Optima Sanitas and its licensors retain rights in the App, branding, and non-MIT materials. Except as expressly stated (including under MIT for applicable source), you receive no ownership rights—only a limited, revocable license to use the App as an end user in accordance with this EULA.
10. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPTIMA SANITAS AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM THE APP OR ON-CHAIN ACTIVITY. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the App or features where permitted by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and governing-law clauses where applicable) survive termination.
13. Changes
We may update this EULA. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
