Sanitas Seeker — Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 3, 2026 · Operator: Optima Sanitas

Introduction

Sanitas Seeker (the “App”) is a health-and-fitness client built for Solana Mobile Seeker (Solana Mobile’s Android handset). It may include training and activity tracking, wellness-oriented tooling, and optional Solana wallet flows (e.g. signing or viewing on-chain state related to features we ship). This policy describes categories of information the App may touch.

By using the App, you agree to this policy.

What we do not operate by default

Information that may exist on your device

Blockchain, wallet, and public network data

If you connect a Solana wallet or approve transactions, public-key addresses and on-chain records are visible on the network and in explorers—by design, not secret. We do not custody your private keys in the App.

RPC providers you or the App use can observe requests necessary to submit or read chain state. Choose endpoints you trust.

How information is used

Information is used to provide workout history, local settings, optional wallet and sync features, public on-chain interactions you approve, support, safety, and compliance. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing, security, and retention

Local workout and preference data remains on your device unless you export it, enable a sync feature, or approve a public blockchain transaction. Public blockchain records are generally permanent and cannot be deleted by Optima Sanitas. RPC providers, wallets, explorers, and storage providers you use may process data under their own policies.

We use reasonable safeguards for systems we control. Wallet private keys remain in your wallet or Seed Vault; we do not custody them.

Health & fitness disclaimer (privacy framing)

Wellness features are not a substitute for professional medical advice. This policy does not describe a regulated medical device.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. Parents should supervise device, wallet, and internet use.

On-chain data

Blockchain data is public and generally immutable. “Deleting” local app data does not erase historical chain activity.

Your choices

You can disconnect wallets, revoke app permissions in Android settings, clear local app data, or uninstall the App. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information we control.
